If your flight is canceled

Check the notice date, replacement travel and refund options, and any available assistance. Keep the ticket, notices, airline response and expense receipts.

Confirm the current rule

Use CAAT's current guidance for the flight date and flight category before citing a threshold or amount. An international leg may also involve another jurisdiction's passenger-rights rules.
