How to Contact the Operating Airline

The airline code on a sales page may differ from the company that actually flew the aircraft.

Before you begin

Find the words 'operated by' on the ticket or flight details. The airline that sold the seat may be different.

Step-by-step

  1. Find the operating carrier on the ticket or boarding record.
  2. Choose the carrier's refund, claim or expense channel by purpose.
  3. Keep a dated copy and reference number.

One thing to watch

A contact hub is not automatically a compensation submission form.

Use the airline directory for the right official page and the rule library for the conditions that apply to your flight.
