Rerouting: Meaning for Flight Refunds and Claims

Transportation to the ticketed destination on another flight or route. Whether you may choose a refund instead depends on the applicable rule and what you accepted.

Why it matters

Ask where the new flight will actually take you and what happens to your remaining connections before accepting it.

Where to go next

Compare the applicable rule with your ticket and the airline’s written notice. You can also browse other flight-claim terms.
